About this role

A person who notices the typo everyone else missed. Someone who colour-codes their calendar, checks twice before hitting send, and still enjoys the chaos of a fast-moving agency. You take pride in getting things exactly right, but you’re curious enough to learn new tools quickly and relaxed enough to roll with changing priorities. Detail oriented, organised, and genuinely curious about digital marketing. You won’t cut corners, but you won’t overcomplicate things either.

Skills Required

Has used an email marketing platform like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Active Campaign etc (any experience is welcome)
Knows what a segment, a campaign, and an automation flow looks like.
Basic copywriting – you can write a compelling email from a brief
Comfortable with data – you can sort spreadsheets, use basic formulas in Excel
Organised and detail oriented – you can spot errors in emails, campaigns and flows before they are sent
Eager to learn Klaviyo & Shopify specifically if you are not already using itAbility to work in a fully remote environment
Fluent or native English speaker

You will be responsible for

Building and QA-ing email campaigns from briefs you are provided with
Maintaining audience lists and segments for multiple clients
Scheduling and sending campaigns
Creating a story from the wealth of data you will work with, no boring reports on open rates, click rates and the usual stuff!
Flagging anything that looks off before it goes out
Keeping client campaign trackers and documentation up to date
Ad hoc research tasks as needed, competitors, benchmarks and industry trends

Desirable for this role

German language skills (written and spoken), with an appreciation of how German audiences think, communicate, and respond to marketing.
A second European language if not German
Some exposure to eCommerce tools and systems
Interest in pet health, wellness or animal care.
