Email Marketing Agency and CRM Consultancy

The audience you already own is the cheapest revenue available to you. We build the flows, the segmentation and the campaign calendar that turn a list into a predictable line in the forecast.

What Our Email Marketing Services Cover

Strategy

Lifecycle strategy

What each contact should receive, when, and why. The map that decides everything else, built from how people actually buy from you rather than from a template.

Automation

Automated flows

The messages that send themselves when someone does something. Once built they run continuously, which is why they usually produce a disproportionate share of email revenue.

Campaigns

Campaigns and calendar

The planned sends. Written, designed, scheduled and reported, with enough consistency that your audience knows what to expect.

Data

Segmentation and data

Dividing the list by behaviour and value rather than by broad demographics, so that relevance rises and unsubscribes fall.

Delivery

Deliverability

Authentication, list health and sending practices, because none of the above matters if the message lands in a spam folder.

The lifecycle
  1. Signs up
  2. First order
  3. Second order
  4. Engagement fades
  5. Back in

Every stage has a message that should already be waiting for it.

The Flows That Do Most of the Work

Most programmes are built on a small number of automations. They are unglamorous, they take a few weeks to set up properly, and they keep earning long after the project ends.

The flow

Welcome

Sets the relationship while attention is highest. Introduces what you do, what to expect and why to stay, rather than discounting immediately.

The flow

Browse and cart recovery

Catches the people who showed intent and stopped. Usually the highest revenue automation in an ecommerce programme.

The flow

Post purchase

Reassurance, use and care, and the groundwork for the second order. The most underused flow in most accounts.

The flow

Replenishment and reorder

Timed to the life of the product. Where consumption is predictable, this is close to free revenue.

The flow

Winback

Reaching people whose engagement has faded, before they become a deliverability liability rather than a customer.

The flow

Lead nurture

For longer decisions, the sequence that keeps a conversation alive between the first enquiry and the point someone is ready.

Getting Delivered Before Getting Opened

Deliverability is the part of email nobody thinks about until it breaks, and by then the diagnosis is complicated.

The mailbox providers have tightened requirements considerably. Sender authentication is no longer optional for anyone sending at volume, complaint rates are monitored against a threshold, and unsubscribing has to be genuinely easy. Beyond compliance, what decides inbox placement is engagement: providers watch whether people open, reply and keep your messages, so continuing to email an unengaged segment quietly damages delivery to everyone else.

The work covers authentication and domain setup, list hygiene, engagement based sending rules, warming a new domain properly, and diagnosing placement problems when they appear. It is not glamorous. It is often the difference between a programme that works and one that does not.

Platforms and CRM Consultancy

Klaviyo is where most of our ecommerce work sits, because its segmentation and store integration are strong and the reporting attributes revenue flow by flow. For other setups, the right platform depends on what your data looks like and who else needs to use it, and we would rather work in the system your team can maintain than migrate you for the sake of it.

Where the question is bigger than sending, the work becomes consultancy: what data you hold, where it lives, how it moves between the store, the CRM and the sending platform, and what has to be true before segmentation can do anything useful. Programmes that stall almost always stall on data rather than on creative.

Where Email Changes What Everything Else Costs

Acquisition

It sets what you can pay to acquire a customer

When the second and third orders are automated, the value of a new customer rises, and every acquisition channel can afford to bid more for the same click. Retention work is therefore an acquisition decision as much as a loyalty one, and it changes what ecommerce can achieve.

Paid

It supplies the audiences paid media runs on

Customer lists build the lookalike audiences that make paid media prospecting efficient, and the exclusion lists that stop you paying to reach someone who bought last week. The quality of your segmentation sets the ceiling on both.

Testing

It tests messages before the site commits to them

Subject lines and propositions get a measurable response within hours from an audience that already knows you. Those results are useful evidence for page headings and content, and they cost nothing to gather.

Regulated categories

Email in Regulated Categories

An email is advertising, so in pet and animal health the same Veterinary Medicines Directorate requirements govern what a message can claim about a product. Consent rules apply on top, and they differ between existing customers and new prospects. Building the claim framework and the consent logic into the programme at the start means the calendar can run without a legal review for every send.

Email and CRM Questions, Answered

We already send emails. What would an agency change?

Usually three things. The automated flows, which most teams build once and never revisit, and which typically hold the largest unclaimed revenue. The segmentation, because sending everything to everyone suppresses performance across the whole list. And the measurement, so you can see what each flow contributes rather than a single revenue figure for the channel.

How often should we email?

More often than most brands are comfortable with, and to fewer people than they currently send to. Frequency is best increased alongside segmentation, so that the people receiving more are the people engaging most. Increasing frequency across an entire list without that is how deliverability problems start.

Our open rates dropped suddenly. What happened?

If it happened overnight and revenue did not follow, it is usually a measurement artefact rather than a real decline, because privacy features on some mail apps pre-load images and inflate or distort open figures. That is why open rate alone is no longer a reliable health metric. Clicks, conversions and revenue per recipient tell you what is actually happening, and a genuine deliverability problem shows up in those first.

What about consent and GDPR?

It shapes the programme rather than limiting it. The rules differ for existing customers and for people who have never bought, and the practical consequence is in how sign up is designed, how preferences are recorded and how they are respected when someone changes their mind. It is much easier to build correctly than to retrofit after a complaint.

How quickly do automated flows pay back?

Flows start earning as soon as they are live, since they trigger on behaviour that is already happening. Most of the build effort is front loaded into the first weeks, and the return continues without further spend, which is what makes them the first thing we build rather than the last.

Can you work with our in house team?

Often the best arrangement. We build the strategy, the flows and the templates, your team runs the calendar, and we review and improve. It keeps the day to day cost down and the knowledge in your business.
